Magnify Realty is a local realtor agency that aims to provide a warm, engaging environment to help families find their homes. I was tasked with producing designs that followed their pre-prepared branding style guidelines.

Spring Activities Fair

The "Spring Activities Fair" (Spring AF) was an event that provided students, staff, and faculty to connect with college clubs at Everett Community College. It aimed to introduce students to the many clubs available at the college with activities such as face painting and live music for engagement.It was essential that I created a design showcasing all available activities at the event for print and digital promotion. The client requested a "summer" feel to the design with bright colors.

"Breaks & Brushes" was an event for students to de-stress before finals week by painting on small canvases at Everett Community College's cafe.

Finals are a Drag... Show!

"Finals are a Drag... Show!" was an annual drag show event, hosted by the college's Gay Straight Alliance (GSA), aimed to celebrate students finishing their finals and the end of the school year classes.The client provided me with a steampunk theme and a pre-prepared illustration asset which they wanted me to use.

Alice in Wonderland

"Alice in Wonderland" was a live music show at Everett Community College's cafe. Students were able to enjoy a live music performance by Alice Kristiansen while enjoying themed hot beverages and pastries.

Dance Your Stress Away

"Dance Your Stress Away," an event hosted by the Latinx Student Union (LSU), was a dance class event meant to bring Latinx culture to the Everett Community College campus and help students de-stress before midterms.The client wanted a design that was colorful and chaotic with an illustrative style.

Cafecito con Pan

"Cafecito con Pan" was an Everett Community College event, introducing the reopened student cafe as we left COVID lockdown restrictions with treats for Hispanic Heritage Month. The client requested small illustrations of the treats that were available at the cafe.

Standup Comedy Show

The standup comedy show at Everett Community College aimed to introduce students to local, diverse comedians. The client requested a specific style that fits the laughing and skull emoji theme.This show was supposed to feature Feraz Ozel, but due to specific circumstances, we had to arrange another comedian named Dauood Naimyar. The change happened less than a week before the show, so I was tasked to create updated graphics detailing the change through Instagram.
